Quality is our mission

High quality customer service is of great importance to us. We achieve the required quality by our content employees, good working conditions and constantly improvements of the production process.

All departments and process of the HAL group as well as suppliers and service provider are included in the certified management system EN ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949. The quality of the product and the service is focussed by our employees from the first contact to serial production.

In all areas of our company we have qualified staff:

• Giving advice already in the early stage of development of your product
• Arranging the initial samples by all established methods
• Qualified checking of the serial production
• Assistance after delivery

We can guarantee retracing of the delivered parts by charges and component part tracking. All instruments of measure and equipment are monitored regularly and are subject to constant maintenance plans.
